Andrew Wylie leads Farming Management Services Pty Ltd with a focus on disciplined farm management, commercial oversight and long-term asset stewardship. His role spans strategic direction, operational leadership, financial performance and the development of management systems that support high-performing agricultural enterprises.
Under Andrew’s leadership, FMS continues to build on its long history of professional agricultural management, with a strong emphasis on accountability, execution and protecting value across the farming businesses under management. He brings 20 years’ experience in agricultural asset and financial management across accounting, banking, consulting and corporate agriculture.
Andrew Clarke is General Manager of Operations at Farming Management Services Pty Ltd and has been with the business for 15 years. He joined FMS following the acquisition of his family farm by one of the company’s long-standing investors, bringing strong practical farm management experience and firsthand knowledge of agricultural operations.
After transitioning to the Perth head office, Andrew took on broader responsibilities across multiple farming enterprises and progressed through senior management roles before being appointed General Manager of Operations.
In his current role, Andrew oversees the operational performance of the farming businesses under FMS management. With experience spanning both property-level management and head office leadership, he brings a practical and well-rounded understanding of the disciplines required to manage agricultural assets effectively.
